Product Description

The TS-W1300 Wide Panel Wrapping Machine is a versatile giant in the wrapping industry. Unlike standard profile wrappers that handle narrow strips, this machine boasts a massive 1300mm working width, making it capable of processing full-size wooden doors, honeycomb panels, and wide architectural cladding.

Equipped with a robust gantry structure and a dense array of silicone pressing rollers, it ensures uniform pressure across the entire panel width. It is the perfect choice for applying PVC, CPL, or PP films onto MDF or solid wood boards. The machine can be configured to wrap the top surface and the side edges simultaneously, eliminating the need for separate edge banding on certain products.

Ideal For:

  • Interior Doors: Wrapping the face and edges of door leaves.

  • Wide Wall Panels: Integrated wall systems and wainscoting.

  • Furniture Components: Wardrobe side panels and table tops.

  • Partition Boards: Office dividers and decorative panels.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What is the difference between this machine and a Flat Lamination Line?

A Flat Lamination Line uses a large steel roller (Calender) to press only the flat top surface. This Wrapping Machine uses multiple small rubber rollers, allowing it to conform to shapes and wrap the side edges of the panel as well (e.g., for a door with a rebated edge).

Yes. The machine is built with a reinforced steel frame and heavy-duty conveyor rollers specifically designed to support the weight of solid wood or filled core doors during the wrapping process.

For wide panels like doors, we strongly recommend PUR Hot Melt. It provides a much stronger initial tack than cold glue, preventing the film from pulling back or bubbling on such a large surface area.
