Standard Production Workflow

Step 1: Board Cleaning: Brushing unit removes dust from the substrate surface.

Step 2: PUR Glue Application: Precision roller coater applies a uniform layer of glue (Cold Glue / PVAC / PUR) onto the panel.

Step 3: Laminating & Pressing: Heavy-duty steel and rubber rollers press the film onto the board, eliminating air bubbles.

Step 4: Cooling & Cutting: The laminated panel is cooled and cut to length automatically.
