The PUR Hot Melt Glue System is a critical auxiliary unit for modern woodworking. Unlike traditional glue tanks that heat the entire pot, this ‘Bulk Melter’ uses a heated press plate that only melts the top layer of the adhesive drum (5 Gallon or 55 Gallon).
This design isolates the unused glue from air, preventing premature curing and waste. It is essential for applying Reactive Polyurethane (PUR) hot melt, which is known for its superior bonding strength, waterproofing, and heat resistance. The machine connects seamlessly with Profile Wrapping Machines and Flat Lamination Lines via heated hoses and slot nozzles.

Yes. Our PUR system is universal. It can be retrofitted to Barberan, Duspo, or any Chinese brand wrapping/laminating machines.
PUR glue cures with moisture and becomes rock hard. You must use a specialized cleaning agent to flush the system if you plan to stop the machine for more than 48 hours.
