Vacuum coating forces the profile through a chamber where paint is applied and instantly smoothed by a vacuum system.
The Process: It floods the profile with paint and uses vacuum pressure to remove the excess, leaving a thin, uniform layer.
Best For: Primer / Base Coat. It is incredibly fast (up to 60m/min) and efficient for applying the first layers.
Key Advantage: 100% Paint Utilization. There is zero waste because all excess paint is recycled back into the system.
