The TAISAN Middle Heating Tunnel is an indispensable unit in any PUR flat lamination line. Positioned immediately after the glue spreader, its primary function is to prevent the PUR Hot Melt adhesive from cooling down too quickly (extending the ‘Open Time’).
Equipped with efficient Infrared (IR) Heating Lamps, it keeps the glue surface tacky and warm, ensuring a strong permanent bond. The machine also features a spacious Sheet Table design, providing a stable platform for the manual or automatic placement of decorative sheets (High Gloss Acrylic, PET, PVC) onto the substrate. The conveyor speed is fully synchronized with the entire lamination line for seamless production.
