This machine adopts imported high mercury ultraviolet tube and imported reflection ,the tube irradiation intensity has a choice of strength .at the same time,the configuration of high strength capacitqance and transformer greatly enchances the stability of the UV tube.the front stage conveying configuration automatically centers the device ,the imported inflation shaft loads the film,and the film change is concenient and quick.the controller controls the tension of the membrane.
The fronT end conveying adopts rubber roller conveying automatic cylinder center,and the rear end conveying adopts belt conveying intruction star.
The UV lamp is equipped with an independent exhaust system to ensure that the temperature of the cabinet will not be too high.the light will not iluminate the belt downward when there is an automatic rotaion device without product,to avoid long term exposure to the belt to damage the belt.
The equipment is equipped with an operator observation window ,which can check whether the tube is started at any time.whether the film is enough ,and the UV tube is instantly dried ,which greatly shorten s the coating process time.
