The TS-HL Hydraulic Lifting Platform is built to withstand the rigors of heavy industrial use. It utilizes a robust scissor mechanism and powerful hydraulic cylinders to smoothly raise and lower heavy loads (up to 2-3 tons).
Why is it necessary? In a woodworking line, manually lifting panels from a low pallet to a high machine conveyor causes severe back strain and slows down production. How it works:
Feeding Mode: The operator (or sensor) raises the lift so the top panel is level with the machine inlet, allowing for easy sliding.
Stacking Mode: As finished panels come out, the lift lowers step-by-step to keep the stack top at a constant receiving height.
Roller Top (Optional): Can be equipped with powered or unpowered rollers to easily transfer the pallet into the lift.
Loading Station: Feeding heavy MDF/Plywood stacks into the sanding or coating line.
Unloading Station: Stacking finished boards at the end of the dryer.
Assembly Area: adjusting working height for manual assembly.
Logistics: Bridging height differences between conveyors.
