Standard Production Workflow

Step 1: Panel Cleaning: High-duty brushing to clean the board surface and smooth the fibers.

Step 2: Glue Application: Precision roller coater applies a uniform layer of glue onto the panel.

Step 3: Film/Sheet Laying: Automatic lay-up system places the sheet or film accurately onto the wet glue.

Step 4: Calender Pressing: Large diameter rollers press the material firmly to remove air pockets and ensure adhesion.
