Edge banding printing production line :

This printing line is for printing and coating UV varnish on PVC edge band. this edge banding printing line can get high glossy and matt effect . for get different pattern and wood grain, just need change the pattern roller.

Process:

Edge band Releasing → double roller base color coating → IR drying → first color printing →IR drying → second color printing →IR drying → UV coating machine → IR leveling → UV dryer →Edge band winding
