The essential final step for a stable finish. This Automatic Panel Cooling Conveyor uses high-volume air circulation to rapidly reduce the surface temperature of panels after UV curing or IR drying. It prevents blocking (sticking) during stacking and ensures the coating is fully stable for handling.

The TS-CC Cooling Conveyor is designed to be installed immediately after the heating or curing stations in a coating line. Since UV lamps and heating tunnels generate significant heat, panels often exit the line at elevated temperatures.
Why is Cooling necessary?
Prevents Sticking: If hot panels are stacked immediately, the paint (even if cured) can soften and stick to the panel above it.
Reduces Warping: Rapid cooling helps stabilize the substrate and release thermal stress.

Protective Belt: Uses a heat-resistant PVC or PU belt to transport the panels gently without scratching the back.

Standard models use Ambient Air (room temperature) driven by powerful fans. This is sufficient for most UV lines. For special high-heat applications, we can offer a chiller-connected version, but it is rarely needed for wood finishing.
It depends on your line speed. The faster the line, the longer the cooling tunnel needs to be to ensure the panel spends enough time under the fans. A standard length is 3 to 4 meters.
It does create wind noise due to the high-speed fans. However, we use balanced industrial fans to keep the noise level within acceptable factory standards.
