The TS-W600 Wide Profile Wrapping Machine is engineered for handling broader workpieces that standard wrapping machines cannot accommodate. With a working width of up to 600mm, it bridges the gap between profile wrapping and flat lamination.

Yes. Although designed for wide profiles (up to 600mm), the rollers are fully adjustable. You can easily set it up to run narrow skirting boards (e.g., 60mm or 80mm) as well, making it a versatile 2-in-1 machine.
The glue consumption per square meter is the same, but since the surface area is larger, the total glue usage per minute will be higher. We recommend using a larger 55-Gallon PUR Melter to ensure continuous glue supply for this machine.
Our machine uses larger diameter silicone rollers and an extended pressing zone. This ensures uniform pressure across the entire 600mm width, pushing out air bubbles and preventing film wrinkling.
