Curved belts have a natural tendency to move inward. Our machine features a specialized Edge Guide System (with reinforced bearings sewn into the belt edge) running in a track to keep the belt perfectly centered at all times.
For very heavy solid wood doors (e.g., 80kg+), we generally recommend the Roller Curve Conveyor as it is more robust. The Belt Curve is better suited for light to medium-weight panels and small parts.
Yes. The belt is a wear part. We use high-quality industrial PVC belts that last a long time, but when needed, it can be replaced by releasing the tensioner.
