The TAISAN Gluing Machine (Glue Spreader) is the core unit of any flat lamination or veneering production line. It is designed to coat the top surface of substrates (MDF, Particle Board, Plywood) with a uniform layer of adhesive before the decorative material is applied.
This machine is specially optimized for PUR Hot Melt Glue. It features Oil-Heated Steel Rollers that maintain a constant temperature to keep the glue flowing smoothly. The precise ‘Doctor Roller’ allows you to adjust the coating weight down to the gram, saving expensive adhesive. It seamlessly integrates with our PUR Bulk Melter and Heating Tunnels to form a complete, automated lamination solution.

Yes. The machine is versatile. For PUR, you turn on the heating system. For Cold Glue (PVAC), you simply run it without heating. However, cleaning protocols are different for each glue type.
It uses a precise “Doctor Roller” mechanism. By adjusting the gap between the doctor roller and the applicator roller, you can strictly control how much glue is transferred to the board, ensuring cost efficiency.
PUR cures with moisture, so it must be cleaned immediately after work stops. Our machine is designed with a Separable Structure or easy-access design to make daily cleaning and roller maintenance faster.
