The TS-W300 Profile Wrapping Machine is the ideal solution for surface decoration of linear workpieces. It uses a series of adjustable silicone rollers to press the decorative material (PVC, PP, Paper, Veneer) tightly against the contour of the substrate.
It is widely used for manufacturing skirting boards, door jambs, window frames, and drawer sides. Whether your profile is made of MDF, Solid Wood, WPC, or Aluminum, this machine delivers a permanent bond. It can wrap almost any linear shape, including L-shape, U-shape, and complex curves, as long as the profile width is within 300mm. The forming rollers are adjustable to fit the contour.
PUR Hot Melt is superior. It uses a chemical reaction to bond, making it waterproof and heat-resistant (won’t peel in summer). Cold glue is cheaper but contains water (can swell MDF) and dries slower.
It takes some skill. Changing from one shape to another requires adjusting the small pressing wheels.
