The TS-PT Plate Turning Conveyor solves the challenge of processing both sides of a panel in a continuous line. Instead of manually flipping heavy boards, this machine uses a synchronized arm mechanism to gently turn the panel over.
How it works:
Entry: The panel enters the machine on the conveyor.
Flipping: The rotating arms (wickets) lift the panel and rotate it 180 degrees.
Exit: The panel is placed back onto the conveyor with the bottom side now facing up.
