The TS-PP Automatic Pusher Machine is the most cost-effective way to automate your line feeding. Designed to sit above a Hydraulic Scissor Lift, it acts as the ‘mechanical arm’ that loads the line.
How the system works:
Leveling: The hydraulic lift raises the stack of wood until the top board hits the pusher’s height sensor.
Pushing: The pneumatic cylinder extends the push plate, sliding the top board horizontally onto the roller conveyor.
Resetting: The pusher retracts, and the lift rises slightly to present the next board.

Yes, but precise adjustment is needed. For very thin boards (under 3mm), we adjust the height sensor and pushing force to ensure it only grabs one sheet at a time and doesn’t damage the edge.
No. The pushing action is horizontal. The friction is between the boards themselves (which is normal). For extremely sensitive high-gloss faces, we recommend using a Vacuum Suction Feeder (Gantry Loader) instead of a pusher.
