The TS-CT Centering Conveyor is designed to solve positioning issues for machines that operate based on the central axis. Unlike standard alignment conveyors that push panels to one side, this machine ensures every panel travels right down the middle.
How it works: As the panel enters, a set of synchronized Side Pushers or Centering Arms move inward from both sides simultaneously. They gently push the panel until it aligns with the conveyor’s center line, regardless of the panel’s width.
Why is Centering important?
Spraying: Ensures the spray gun travel distance is equal on both sides for uniform coverage.
Stacking: Allows the Gantry Loader/Robot to pick up the panel at its exact center of gravity, preventing tilting or dropping.
