The TS-AC Alignment Conveyor is designed to solve the problem of ‘skewed feeding’ in automatic production lines. Even a slight angle deviation can ruin the finish in high-precision processes.
How it works: Unlike standard straight conveyors, this machine uses Angled Rollers or a Side-Pushing Mechanism. As the panel moves forward, it is gently forced sideways until it references perfectly against the adjustable side guide (fence).
Why is it essential?
Curtain Coating: Ensures the board hits the paint curtain perfectly straight to avoid uneven edges.
Printing: Guarantees the wood grain pattern is printed parallel to the board edge.
Edge Banding: Aligns the panel for precise edge processing downstream.

No. The alignment force is very gentle. We use smooth rollers or soft belts to guide the panel to the side fence. The friction is calculated to move the board without crushing the edge.
Yes. The Side Fence (Reference Guide) is adjustable. You can move it in or out to accommodate different panel widths or to change the alignment line relative to the next machine.
For Roller Coating, it is less critical than Curtain Coating, but still recommended. Keeping panels aligned ensures the rubber roller wears evenly and prevents paint from getting onto the conveyor edges.
