红外流平为何如此重要？
深度脱气：它能迫使涂料深处残留的溶剂和气泡在表面硬化前逸出。
完美流平：温和的加热降低了涂料的粘度，使其能够“流平”并实现自流平，从而消除滚痕和橘皮纹。该设备对于打造高光泽镜面效果至关重要，通常安装在涂装机之后、紫外线烘干机之前。
高光泽表面处理：确保表面平整如镜。
溶剂挥发：去除PU/PE/UV涂料中的稀释剂，防止起泡。

Hot Air dries the “skin” of the paint first, which can trap bubbles inside. IR heats from the inside, pushing bubbles out. For the best result, we often combine them (Hot Air Jet + IR Tunnel).
