The specialized PET film is durable and designed for multiple uses. Depending on the coating type and care, it can be recycled many times before needing replacement, keeping running costs low.
It actually does both, depending on the film you use. A smooth glossy film creates a High Gloss surface. A matte textured film creates a Super Matte surface.
In standard UV curing, oxygen in the air prevents the surface from curing fully (Oxygen Inhibition). This machine uses the film to block oxygen, creating an “Inert Environment” physically, resulting in a much harder and scratch-resistant cure.
