The TS-GL Automatic Gantry Loader is the backbone of a fully automated factory. Unlike articulated robots that prioritize flexibility, the Gantry Loader focuses on Speed and Payload Capacity.
How it works: A horizontal beam (gantry) spans across the loading station. A carriage with a vacuum suction frame moves back and forth along this beam.
Pick: The head descends, suctions the panel from the stack.
Move: It lifts and travels horizontally to the conveyor belt.
Place: It gently releases the panel onto the running line.
