The TS-AD Automatic Destacker Conveyor is a specialized feeding unit used in high-efficiency woodworking lines. While a Gantry Loader moves large stacks, the Destacker handles the final separation of boards.
How it works: A stack of panels (e.g., 5-10 pieces) is placed onto the conveyor (either manually or by a robot). The machine uses a Bottom-Feeding Mechanism or friction belts to pull the bottom panel out from the stack and send it forward, while retaining the rest of the stack vertically.

A Push Plate Machine works with a hydraulic lift to handle a full pallet (1 meter high). This Destacker typically handles smaller stacks (30-50cm high) directly on the conveyor belt. It is faster and used for continuous buffering.
Since it usually uses a Bottom-Feeding friction method (sliding the bottom board out), there is some friction. It is ideal for raw boards, flooring, or back-coating lines. For high-gloss face surfaces, we recommend using a Vacuum Suction Feeder instead.
