Standard UV lamps typically last for about 800 to 1,000 working hours. We recommend checking the UV intensity regularly and replacing the lamps when the energy drops to ensure consistent curing quality.
Yes. Each UV lamp has its own independent control switch and intensity setting (Half Power / Full Power). You can choose to run only 1 or 2 lamps for thin coatings to save electricity, or turn them all on for maximum speed.
Safety is our priority. If the conveyor stops unexpectedly, the UV lamps will automatically switch to “Low Power” or turn off (depending on the setting) to prevent burning the panel underneath.
